Delivery and Returns

Delivery

Price for a standard delivery in Lithuania is 3-4 EUR (except Curonian Spit - we do not deliver there).

Time of delivery is within 1-3 business days.

Price for a standard delivery in Europe is 5-10 EUR.

Time of delivery is within 6-15 business days.

If you wish to receive your order in a different continent, please contact us at info@anotherloverstore.com. Together we will find the best solution for you.

When your order is shipped, we will send you a confirmation e-mail, which will include your tracking number for you to track your order. Don’t forget to include your phone number in case courier needs to contact you. Make sure to indicate an address where there is someone to accept your order at delivery.

Returns

Items should be returned within 14 days of their delivery date.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn, with tags, and in its original packaging. Our branded dust bags are considered to be a part of the product and must be returned with the goods. The product(s) must arrive back to us in a suitable and undamaged state. Returns that are damaged or soiled may not be accepted and may be sent back to the customer and/or a refund refused. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

To start a return, you can contact us at info@anotherloverstore.com. If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages and issues

Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you received the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right. If possible - we will change your order, if not - will refund you. Sometimes mistakes happen so we ask for your patience and comprehension. 

Exchanges

The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item. If the price of the good is the same, after receiving an item we will immediately send you a new one.

Refunds

We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
